Abstract

It is impossible to imagine a modern business without the presence of banks and the banking market. As the number of transactions and participants progressively increases, competition between banks is increasing as well. In order to ensure that the bank, in the crude conditions of the fight for the client, has won its market share and participated with other banks, it is necessary to follow the trends that appear in the field of providing banking services. The dynamics of today’s business puts extraordinary demands on business entities, as well as banks as their backbone. One of the main conditions to keep pace with modern business trends is the introduction of new banking products as a result of continuous work and monitoring the current needs of service users in terms of a priority task for maintaining and improving the bank’s operations. In this way, the old ones are retained, but new clients are also attracted.

Key words: “AHP” method, banking product, performance, business, bank.
