KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT AS A FACTOR INCREASING EFFICIENCY OF THE ORGANIZATION
Knowledge is today the most important resource that provides a competitive advantage for any organization. Therefore, it is necessary to adequately manage this resource. Organizations in the new conditions turning knowledge they possess, to facilitate their operations, adopt more efficient decisions and achieve even greater efficiency and quality of business. The concept of knowledge management is aimed directly at improving the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations to successfully predict and created their own business future. This is the only way to challenges and dangers of unpredictable business environment, into a chance of successful business organizations and thus to achieve competitive advantage.
