THE TELEKOM COMPANY

Abstract
In a situation where the competition is bigger and stronger in the mobil marketin our country, when the competition appeared also in fixed telephony, it canbe said that days are gone when customers were waiting for Telekom. Telekom had to develop into a modern company, oriented to future and customer needs, and thus change the mode of operation, structure and organizational culture in order to allow the maximum efficiency of the organization. Therefore, at this time, the study of organizational culture in Telekom is real challenge. The subject of the paper is to diagnose the type of organizational culture in the Telekom company. The aim of the paper is to analyze the recent literature on organizational culture, and diagnose the dominant and subcultures in the examined organization. The research findings indicate that, in the examined organization, there is a dominant culture and subcultures, that culture of roles and culture of tasks are the most prominent, and that culture of power and culture of support exist as subcultures.
