Abstract
Work on this article was initiated by the upcoming ” possible ” presidential elections in this country. Will it happen right democracy, so after two terms as Joseph Kabila and the previous time in the total duration of 15 years, left the post of President to another, or if, as in many other neighboring and African, as well as countries from the rest of the world to happen to to find a ” solution ” and gain more ” who ” mandate is unclear. This requires a better understanding and understanding of the history, condition, situation, thinking of engagement and stuffanother in Africa and the DRC. Will the presence of the UN Mission for the stabilization of the situation in DR Congo – MONUSCO contribute to a peaceful transition of power or … Normally, as everywhere in the world all depends on the interests of those ” ruler ” from ” gray areas ” which usually of these things really decide.
