Abstract
The secret of successful business is to know when they clani particular product or service, and to know what they expect from the organization. Understanding user needs is a key factor in their retention, as well as acquiring new customers in the process of achieving greater market share and maxing profit, which is the ultimate goal of any organization. Thus, understanding the needs of users leads to successful products and services that meet the needs of this feeling, and if the organization forward successfully to guess what users need, they will have the impression that looks after them and that the organization thinks they are important to them. To find out what is required by users, must anticipate and plan for their needs.
